JUDY PERL

A 38-year travel industry veteran long noted for her expertise in bespoke luxury cruise and cruise charter travel, Judy Perl began her career at Cunard. After 18 years of directing group and charter sales at cruise lines, she created Judy Perl Cruises LLC—since rebranded Judy Perl Travel (JPT) to reflect its expansion into land programs alongside cruises.

Judy's lifelong passion for travel infuses every project with enthusiasm and style. She enjoys going beyond merely fulfilling logistical requirements and works tirelessly to match her clients with their desired trip ambiance, services, and excursions for a truly unique experience.
 
With her extensive background in sales and deep knowledge of the travel industry, Judy is uniquely suited to the opportunities and challenges of creating unforgettable trips for the very discriminating high-end special-interest group and ship charter market. Over the years, JPT has gained the confidence of countless clients.
 
Judy is currently a member of AFAR Media’s Travel Advisory Council. She is also a board member of the Fund for Education Abroad (FEA), an organization committed to making international experiences accessible to underrepresented, community college, and first-generation college students.

When she is not exploring the world, Judy lives in and loves Manhattan!

MAGGIE MANTIA

Senior Vice President Maggie Mantia brings more than 30 years of experience in cruise lines and land travel to the Judy Perl Travel team. She is also an expert in Meeting and Incentive travel. Before joining JPT, Maggie was Vice-President, Charter and Incentive Sales Worldwide at Regent Seven Seas/Oceania Cruises and Cunard Line.

KATE MURPHY

Before becoming Director of Groups & Charters, Kate Murphy worked for a destination management company in Florida and at Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises in the Charter and Incentive Sales department. At JPT, she oversees and operates group and charter programs across the globe and enjoys the uniqueness of each one.

KERRY TOULOUMIS

With more than 20 years of travel industry experience, Kerry Touloumis, CTC, provides unparalleled service to clients as JPT’s Director of Cruise and Air. Kerry’s in-depth knowledge of the premier cruise lines and knack for tailoring dream vacations based on each client’s particular travel wishes make Kerry an asset to the JPT team. His extensive travel background began at Cunard Line, where he handled ship charter operations. Kerry is a Disney certified travel advisor as well as a Certified Autism Travel Professional.

Lucy’s journey in the world of travel and hospitality began during her academic years at New York University majoring in Hospitality Management.  It was during this time that she unearthed her true passion for the industry.  Upon receiving her degree, Lucy seamlessly transitioned into her role as an integral part of the JPT team. 

As Office Manager, she assumes responsibility for the meticulous management of billing and accounting tasks, ensuring that the financial aspects of the business run seamlessly.  Beyond the numbers, Lucy is the linchpin of JPT’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that every facet of the office functions smoothly.  With her background in hospitality management and her dedication to outstanding client service, Lucy brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to her role at JPT, making her an indispensable asset to the team.
