Founder & President
A 30-year travel industry veteran long noted for her expertise in bespoke luxury cruise and cruise charter travel, Judy Perl began her career in the world of cruising at Cunard Line in New York City. After 18 enjoyable years of directing group and charter sales at corporate cruise lines, she created Judy Perl Cruises LLC, which she rebranded Judy Perl Worldwide Travel in 2013 in recognition of the company’s expansion in land programs as well as cruises.Expand For Full Bio

Senior Vice President Maggie Mantia brings more than 30 years of experience in cruise lines and land travel to the Judy Perl Worldwide Travel team. She is also an expert in Meeting and Incentive travel. Most recently Vice-President, Charter and Incentive Sales Worldwide at Regent Seven Seas/Oceania Cruises and Cunard Line, Maggie has also been a director at E.F. MacDonald Travel Company (now part of Aimia, the world’s largest global loyalty company) and a luxury cruise consultant at David Morris International.

For over 25 years, Larry Stein was a prominent international concert and event producer. As such, he worked with hundreds of celebrities and their entourages in assisting with planning, organizing and booking their travel. Whether finding that perfect hotel suite to match his client's desires, or designing an exceptional, destination-based ground touring program, Larry excels at fulfilling even the most demanding client's wishes and needs. Having traveled extensively and frequently to all four corners of the world, Larry brings his unique perspective on luxury travel to JPWT. His attention to detail further ensures his clients of an incredible, memorable travel experience, enhanced with special touches from start to finish.

Director of Sales, Elisabeth Brown, brings her varied background in marketing/branding strategy and editorial experience to Judy Perl Worldwide Travel. With a B.A. in Journalism from New York University, Elisabeth has worked with traditional and emerging media, and spearheads all web platforms and electronic marketing initiatives. At JPWT Elisabeth also ensures that any trip – no matter how complex – is executed flawlessly with meticulous attention to detail. Elisabeth is intrigued by the cultures and events unique to different areas of the world.

With more than 20 years of travel industry experience, Kerry Touloumis provides unparalleled service to clients as Judy Perl Worldwide Travel’s Director of Cruise and Air Reservations. Kerry’s in-depth knowledge of the premier cruise lines and knack for hand-tailoring dream vacations based on each client’s distinctive travel wishes make Kerry an asset to the JPWT team. His extensive travel background began at Cunard Line, where he handled ship charter operations. Kerry received his business degree in 1988 from SUNY New York.
